These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SevenFigure.com and all related websites, applications, software, platforms, products, memberships, and services operated by or licensed to Seven Figure, including but not limited to sevenfigureu.com, app.sevenfigurecrm.com, app.hireheroes.com, and the Eight Figure Inner Circle (collectively, the “Sites,” “Platforms,” or “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, purchasing from, or using any of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use any Seven Figure services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Seven Figure. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Services.

2. Age Restriction

All Services are intended solely for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Use by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of Sites, Platforms, Memberships, and Content

All content, software, memberships, services, and materials provided through the Services—including but not limited to CRM access, lead services, virtual assistant services, proprietary software, memberships, templates, downloads, videos, training materials, coaching resources, and documentation—are owned by or licensed to Seven Figure and are protected by intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

Access to Seven Figure Services may be provided across multiple platforms, including but not limited to:

Seven Figure CRM at app.sevenfigurecrm.com
Hire Heroes proprietary software at app.hireheroes.com
Educational courses and training programs delivered through sevenfigureu.com
Eight Figure Inner Circle, a private membership program that may include training, community access, calls, events, resources, and exclusive content

All access is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license basis for individual use only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer access to any Service, including membership access.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or Services without prior written consent from Seven Figure.

You agree to use all Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others, compromise security, disrupt operations, or violate these Terms.

4. Access and Use of Lead Services and Products

4.1 Compliance With Laws and Regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any leads, data, contact information, or related services provided by Seven Figure, including leads sourced through Lead Heroes, complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.

This includes, without limitation, laws governing telemarketing, calling, texting, email marketing, consumer protection, data privacy, and advertising (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations).

Any unlawful, improper, or non-compliant use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

4.2 Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

Use unauthorized technologies to access, scrape, frame, mirror, index, inject, or bypass protections on any Service.
Circumvent or interfere with security, authentication, access controls, or usage limitations.
Use the Services for timesharing, service-bureau purposes, resale, sublicensing, or for the benefit of any third party without written authorization.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, macro programs, or automated tools for unauthorized access or data acquisition.
Damage, disable, overburden, impair, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Remove or interfere with advertising, attribution, tracking, or branding.
Disrupt platform operations or other users’ access.
Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or terms of service.

5. Subscriptions, Memberships, Payments, Refunds, and Access Rights

Subscription & Membership Renewals

Certain Services—including CRM access, software tools, and the Eight Figure Inner Circle membership—may be offered on a recurring subscription or membership basis. By enrolling, you authorize Seven Figure to automatically charge your payment method at the disclosed interval unless canceled prior to renewal.

Access Rights

All Services, including memberships, are provided on an access and license basis only, not as a transfer of ownership. Seven Figure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any Service due to non-payment, account standing, violations of these Terms, or platform updates, without refund.

Refund Policy (IMPORTANT — NO REFUNDS)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All charges made through Seven Figure are NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to:

Leads
Virtual Assistant (VA) hours
CRM access
Hire Heroes proprietary software
Courses and digital products
Event tickets and registrations
Coaching, consulting, and training services
Eight Figure Inner Circle membership fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise)
Software usage or platform fees

Membership access to the Eight Figure Inner Circle is granted upon enrollment and use of the program begins immediately. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, lack of participation, or early cancellation.

Refunds or credits may be considered only on a strict case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Seven Figure, where a clear, demonstrable, and documented basis is provided. Any exception does not establish precedent.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Account sharing, unauthorized access, credential misuse, or resale of Services (including memberships) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Modifications to Terms

Seven Figure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
